FINRA suspended and fined $5,000 Paul M. Mallory (CRD #4954768) from Royal Oak, Michigan for failing to reasonably supervise a former registered representative who, while registered through their member firm, recommended unsuitable trades in multiple customer accounts. The suspension is in effect from November 18, 2019, through January 17, 2020.
