FINRA Sanctions & Allegations of Misconduct

FINRA suspended and fined $7,500 Albert Foronda (CRD #5737620) from Staten Island, New York for effecting unauthorized transactions in customer accounts without the customers’ verbal or written authorization for the trades. Additionally, Foronda did not have written authorization from the customers to exercise discretion and neither member firm accepted the accounts as discretionary. The suspension is in effect from February 18, 2020, through April 2, 2020.
