FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended Marjorie Ann Ruediger (CRD #2496694) from Kennebunk, Maine of RAYMOND JAMES & ASSOCIATES, INC. for photocopying previously signed customer forms, added new information, and submitted them to her member firm and an insurance provider as original and authentic. The suspension is in effect from April 20, 2020, through July 19, 2020.
