FINRA suspended and fined $15,000 Jason Nicholas Dukas (CRD #4188239) from Palm Harbor, Florida of STIFEL, NICOLAUS & COMPANY, INCORPORATION for participating in a private securities transaction involving a customer of his member firm without providing prior written notice to his firm. Moreover, The customer, who was wealthy and sophisticated, invested $1.5 million in the company. The customer has not complained about the investment and Dukas received no compensation. The suspension is in effect from June 1, 2020, through February 28, 2021.
