FINRA fined $7,500 and suspended Henry Arthur Taylor III (CRD #4641256) from Springdale, Arkansas of INTERNATIONAL ASSETS ADVISORY, LLC for participating in a $30,000 private securities transaction without notifying his member firm about the transaction, his role in it, and whether he had received or expected to receive selling compensation in connection with the transaction.in addition, Taylor and his long-time friend and customer attended a presentation about an opportunity to invest in a company. The suspension is in effect from July 20, 2020, through October 19, 2020.
