FINRA fined $20,000 and suspended Paul David Weiss (CRD #1849504) from Miami, Florida of MORA WM SECURITIES for engaging in undisclosed outside business activities while registered through his member firm. In addition, Weiss became a principal in an LLC in order to market and raise funds for the purchase of a property. The suspension is in effect from May 4, 2020, through March 3, 2021.
