FINRA suspended and fined $5,000 Michelle Lynn Gill (CRD #6447758) from Marquette, Michigan of PARADIGM EQUITIES, INC. for participating in private securities transactions without providing written notice to or obtaining approval from, her member firm. In addition, Gill disclosed an outside business activity to her firm for a company for which her husband served as the president of the board of directors in a Form U4 amendment. The suspension is in effect from June 1, 2020, through July 31, 2020.
