FINRA Sanctions & Allegations of Misconduct

FINRA fined $7,500 and suspended Shirley Anne Weston (CRD #1957345) located in Foster City, California for borrowing $35,000 from a customer of her member firm without obtaining pre-approval from the firm or otherwise disclosing the loan. He also failed to disclose that she had borrowed money from a customer on a firm questionnaire. The suspension is in effect from September 16, 2019, through January 15, 2020
