FINRA fined $2,500 and suspended Jeffery Lawrence Vasiloff (CRD #3180004) located in Vermillion, Ohio for exercising discretion in a customer account without written authorization from the customer. He discussed investment strategies with the customer, he did not speak with the customer about the specific trades on the dates of the transactions. The suspension was in effect from October 7, 2019, through October 18, 2019
