We Pay Referral Fees 

We happily pay referral fees in all types of cases, as permitted by law and all ethical standards. Our referral program is built on trust, tenacious advocacy and the prompt payment of all referral fees immediately upon receipt of any recovery.

We believe the best compliment we can receive is for other attorneys to refer clients to us. We believe it is in the best interest of the clients to have an experienced and knowledgeable firm represent claimants in securities litigation.

We also collaborate with attorneys throughout the United States to prepare and try cases. 

Fee sharing percentages are determined by the specific circumstances in each case. Factors determining referral fees include, among other things, the type of case, actual losses, potential damages and stage of litigation.
