FINRA suspended and fined $5,000 Gregory Paul Pellizzon (CRD #712667) from Ladera Ranch, California for failing to disclose a customer’s complaint on his Form U4 as required. In addition, Pellizzon erroneously determined that the complaint was not required to be reported on his Form U4. The suspension was in effect from November 18, 2019, through December 16, 2019.
