FINRA suspended and fined $5,000 John Robert Barrows (CRD #721515) from Flushing, Michigan for failing to timely amend his Form U4 to disclose that he had been charged with three felony counts. Additionally, Barrows did not inform the firm of the charges until approximately one month after he was required to disclose the charges on his Form U4, when the firm inquired about the contents of the news media report. The suspension is in effect from February 3, 2020, through October 2, 2020.
