FINRA censured and fined $90,000 BNP Paribas Securities Corp. (CRD #15794) from New York, New York for submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly formatted information to the Order Audit Trail System (OATS™). Additionally, the firm failed to report the material aspects of its relationship with certain venues to which it routed non-directed orders for execution, including any arrangements for payment for order flow and any profit-sharing relationship.
