FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended John Martin Harman (CRD #4763429) from Charleston, South Carolina of ROYAL ALLIANCE ASSOCIATES, INC. for directing customers to sign blank or incomplete distribution request forms for their IRAs which he thereafter completed and submitted for processing. The suspension was in effect from February 18, 2020, through March 30, 2020.
