FINRA filed a complaint alleging David Ray Oakes (CRD #1465154) from Prosper, Texas of PROSPERA FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC structured cash deposits and cash withdrawals totaling $61,500 for the purpose of attempting to evade federal reporting requirements. According to the Complaint, Oakes acted with the purpose of preventing a bank from filing and intended to cause the bank to fail to file Currency Transaction Reports reporting currency transactions in excess of $10,000.
