FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended Jacqueline Maria Jacobsen (CRD #2504257) from Clinton, Washington of WOODBURY FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. for misusing funds belonging to her member firm by using the funds from her account in a manner inconsistent with the firm’s permitted use. In addition, Jacobsen requested that the firm disburse $3,221.91, the amount remaining in her account, as a year-end bonus to a client service associate at the firm. The suspension is in effect from May 4, 2020, through November 3, 2020.
