FINRA censured and fined $100,000 Lime Brokerage LLC (CRD #104369) from New York, New York for overstating its executed trade volume advertised through Bloomberg, L.P. (Bloomberg), a private subscription-based provider of market data. In addition, the data submitted by a firm registered representative overstated the firm’s executed trade volume by including access only order flow that was attributable to other broker-dealers that used the firm as a technology vendor, not as a broker-dealer.
