FINRA censured and fined $325,000 Western International Securities, Inc. (CRD #39262) from Pasadena, California for failing to timely amend the Uniform Application for Securities Industry Registration or Transfer forms (Form U4) for registered representatives of the firm in order to disclose liens, judgments and/or bankruptcies that totaled more than $5.6 million.
