FINRA barred Gustavo Alberto Trujillo Franco (CRD #6793684) from Guayaquil, Ecuador of GLOBAL STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS, LLC for failing to appear for on-the-record testimony required by FINRA in connection with an investigation that originated from a routine examination of a member firm. In addition, the examination led to the discovery of certain dealings between the firm and Trujillo Franco that prompted FINRA to request his testimony.
