FINRA barred Marie Bernadette Kincheloe (CRD #6527523) from Staunton, Virginia of ALLSTATE FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC for refusing to produce documents or information requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation initiated after it received a Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration (Form U5) from her member firm indicating that she was under internal review for allegations that she involved an unregistered person in activities that require registration.
