FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended Micah Wesley Patterson (CRD #5562392) from Kaysville, Utah of HORNOR, TOWNSEND & KENT, LLC for engaging in an undisclosed and unapproved private securities transaction in the amount of $30,644. In addition, Patterson solicited an investor to purchase securities in a limited liability company (LLC) that represented itself as a structed cash flowing investment. The suspension was in effect from July 6, 2020, through August 5, 2020.
