FINRA fined $15,000 and suspended Ryan Matthew Davis (CRD #6219294) from Ramsey, New Jersey of WELLS FARGO CLEARING SERVICES, LLC for engaging in outside business activities without providing written notice to his member firm. Moreover, Davis’ outside business activities included creation of, ownership in and management of four LLCs and a limited partnership established to trade cryptocurrencies, and an LLC established to trade commodity futures. The suspension is in effect from July 6, 2020, through January 5, 2022.
