Eric Schindler FINRA claim TIC investigation

The securities fraud lawyers at Furgison Law Group have recently filed a claim against National Planning Corporation ("NPC") related to investments recommended by Eric J. Schindler, is a Registered Representative with and currently offers his securities and advisory services through Cetera Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser ("RIA"). Eric Schindler is also licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and is licensed with the California Department of Insurance for Life and Annuities.

Previous allegations of misconduct

Schindler’s FINRA BrokerCheck Report lists three (3) other customer complaints involving misconduct by Schindler. One of the customer complaints involved allegations related to the sale of TIC investments, while the other two involved Limited Partnership investments. All three of the previous claims were settled by Schindler and the other defendants for $750,000, $55,000 and $40,000, respectively.
