(CRD #145790, Redlands, California) and Stephen Michael Oliveira (CRD #1880054, Phelan, California) submitted an Offer of Settlement in which the firm was expelled from FINRA membership; and Oliveira was fined $25,000, barred from association with any FINRA member in any principal capacity and suspended from association with any FINRA member in any capacity for one year. The firm and Oliveira consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that the firm, acting through a representative, excessively traded customer accounts.
