FINRA suspended Juan Diego Rumayor (CRD#46439) of FARMERS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC, San Jose, California, indefinitely. Juan Rumayor formerly worked at HSBC Securities Inc. in San Francisco, CA.

According to FINRA, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3 of FINRA By-Laws, and FINRA Rule 9554, Rumayor was suspended on April 18, 2019, for failure to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.
