According to his CRD Report, Stephen Michael Whiting (CRD #1752042) of CONCORDE INVESTMENT SERVICES, LLC (CRD#:151604) in Huntington Woods, Michigan was suspended from association with any FINRA member in all capacities for two months and consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he falsely attested that personnel of his member firm had spoken with a customer to confirm the authenticity of requests to wire funds from the customer’s account to a third party, even though he knew that no one at the firm had done so. The suspension is in effect from August 19, 2019, through October 18, 2019.
