FINRA issued Ricky Alan Mantei (CRD #1098981) located in Columbia, South Carolina for willfully violated MSRB Rule G-17 by circumventing his member firm’s supervisory system while he was seeking to effect trade between firm customers. Mantei failed to comply with the firm’s supervisory procedures even though, in substance, each set of transactions amounted to a cross-trade between firm customers.
