FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended Raleigh Edward Kraft (CRD #1036719) located in Front Royal, Virginia for causing his member firm to fail to review and retain emails concerning business-related matters among its books and records by using a personal email address to communicate with securities customers. The suspension is in effect from October 21, 2019, through December 19, 2019.
