FINRA suspended Howard Brian Landers (CRD #1233612) from Miami, Florida for associating with a member firm while he was statutorily disqualified. In addition, Landers had previously entered into an Offer of Settlement in which he was found to have willfully failed to timely amend his Form U4 to disclose tax liens. Landers was subject to statutory disqualification as a result of the willful violations. The suspension is in effect from January 6, 2020, through January 5, 2022.
