FINRA suspended and fined $15,000 John Charles Carneglia (CRD #4404911) from Huntington, New York for failing to notify his member firm that he had a financial and beneficial interest in a brokerage account held by his wife at another firm. In addition, Carneglia failed to notify his firm of an outside business activity wherein he was a member of a limited liability company that owned an income-generating rental property. The suspension is in effect from January 20, 2020, through March 19, 2020.
