FINRA fined $7,500 and suspended Caleb Austin Jamison (CRD #5645954) from Cabot, Arizona of MML INVESTORS SERVICES, LLC for participating in a private securities transaction without providing prior written notice to his member firm. Moreover, Jamison purchased securities on his own behalf in a pooled real estate investment totaling $15,000. The suspension was in effect from March 16, 2020, through April 27, 2020.
