FINRA suspended and fined $15,000 Christopher M. Roumayeh (CRD #4510051) from Lake Orion, Michigan of MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER & SMITH INCORPORATION for engaging in outside business activities without providing prior written notice to his member firm. Moreover, Roumayeh and his firm customer purchased a franchise involved in the professional video gaming industry. The suspension is in effect from June 1, 2020, through February 28, 2022.
