FINRA suspended and fined $5,000 Paul Gary Liebman (CRD #2205116) from Commack, New York of WELLS FARGO ADVISORS FINANCIAL NETWORK, LLC for borrowing approximately $16,000 from a customer of his member firm without notifying the firm or receiving its approval. In addition, Liebman falsely stated on a firm compliance questionnaire that he had not engaged in any lending or borrowing arrangement with any firm customer. The suspension is in effect from June 1, 2020, through July 31, 2020.
