FINRA suspended and fined $5,000 Sachin Kumar (CRD #5295758) from New York, New York of LAIDLAW WEALTH MANAGEMENT LLC for directing a customer to sign a blank automated customer account transfer (ACAT) form that Kumar thereafter completed and submitted for the purpose of transferring the customer’s brokerage account at another FINRA member firm to his member firm. The suspension was in effect from June 15, 2020, through July 14, 2020.
