FINRA fined $10,000 and suspended Bradley Scott Kyburz (CRD #2969350) from Sioux Falls, South Dakota of CAPITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. for failing to disclose through the timely filing of an amended Uniform Application for Securities Industry Registration or Transfer form (Form U4) that he had been charged with, pleaded guilty to and was convicted of a felony offense. Moreover, Kyburz failed to amend his Form U4 to disclose tax liens and civil judgments entered against him totaling $133,379. The suspension is in effect from June 15, 2020, through April 14, 2021.
