FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended Hector Luis Luna (CRD #1078900) from Miami, Florida of PRUCO SECURITIES, LLC. for assisting an elderly customer of his member firm in preparing beneficiary change forms naming Luna’s wife and adult children as beneficiaries on the customer’s life insurance policies. The suspension is in effect from June 15, 2020, through September 14, 2020.
