According to his CRD Report, Eric Jason Savell (CRD #4182368) of LPL FINANCIAL LLC (CRD#:6413) in Roseville, California was assessed a deferred fine of $10,000 and suspended from association with any FINRA member in all capacities for five months and consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he participated in a private securities transaction without providing his member firm with written notice of the transaction and his proposed role therein. The suspension is in effect from August 5, 2019, through January 4, 2020.
